IMPORTANT: You will require either access to a gym or, if training from home, a basic weights bench and a pair of adjustable dumbbells. A cheap exercise bike would also be very useful.

If you are going on holiday anytime during the enrolment, just ask and the plan will be modified and you can still check-in providing you have internet access if you wish.

Please download and read the How to record your weight and body measurements document (right-click and 'Save as...') which details how to weigh yourself and how best to take your before photograph.
